We work with intelligent Project Management software that allows us to proactively engage with your business. Training Budget Management

With our Learning & Earning Voucher Scheme, Designated Associates endeavour to ensure “Best Value” is made of squeezed budgets for training and maximise the benefits associated by training. Vouchers & balances are managed and are reported on monthly basis by a reconciliation report and statement.

Regular Monitoring and Reporting on Training & Return on Investment

It is our policy to monitor the feedback from every delegate & candidate who learns with Designated. On line assessment tools are customised to capture baseline starting data and on going monitoring ensures you always know where each individual is along the learning journey.

Regular Account Review meetings take place to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is attained.

Training Needs Analysis

We undertake Training Needs Analysis for your staff. Our TNA identifies current skills as well as skill shortages. It is then mapped to an individuals  training plan, which highlights the skills gaps and then recommends the appropriate course of action and can even identify specific learning modules to bridge the skills gaps. By doing this we can ensure staff are on the correct path and action learning can be designed and delivered ensuring a “smart” training approach rather than a “blanket” approach. This tailored approach can have a big impact on your budget by saving both employee time and maximising the valuable training funds.

Course ‘No-Cancellation’ Policy

We employ our trainers on a full-time basis and have a varied bank of Designated Associates ensuring that we can usually ensure learning takes place even in the event of sickness or holiday covers.

Hassle-free Administration

Once dates for courses and delegate names have been scheduled, we will advise each delegate of location, date, start time and course duration prior to each course commencing. This notification is usually sent by email. On completion of a course, each delegate will receive a course attendance certificate and learning will be evaluated and returned to your HR or training department.
