Group Mentoring gives leaders and senior managers who may feel isolated at the top an opportunity to work together with peers to develop their leadership and management skills.

It offers leaders and senior managers the chance to reflect on their own personal and business performance and provides the motivation to build on business success, developing new skills and creating innovative ideas that will help them to grow their business.  By nurturing strategies that will allow leaders and senior managers to become more entrepreneurial, group mentoring will enable their business to become more competitive.

Designated Associates offers acess to a wide range of qualified and experienced mentors who will work to a quality framework.

Group mentoring is free of charge, and aimed at leaders and senior managers of small and micro businesses that have been trading for more than a year, with an annual turnover of less than £500,000 and up to 10 employees.
